REFUNDS AND RETURNS
As all our jewelry is one-of-a-kind and limited editions, returns are accepted for repair or replacement only. See our Repair Policy listed below. Returns of defective merchandise, i.e. clasps, and findings, are accepted for repair or replacement ONLY.
Refunds will be made within 15 days of purchase on unworn merchandise with a receipt. But if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will do everything in our power to correct the situation to your satisfaction. Sylverwear stands 100% behind the quality and workmanship of all of our jewelry creations.
REPAIRS
Sylverwear offers a (1) one-year repair policy on all of our jewelry. Repair fees are assessed based on the materials required. In the event that the materials are no longer available to us to make the identical repair, we will make something comparable to the design/collection originally purchased.
